What are the recommended CPU and RAM settings for running Windows 7 in VMware Fusion 3.0.1 on a Mac OS X 10.6.2 having 3.06GHz Intel Core 2 Duo and 4GB 1067MHz RAM?

I did a similar blog post a few days ago here. There is not nearly as much detail as the Team Fusion post, but I had only intended to document the "gotchas" I encountered. When none materialized, I chalked it up as a win and marched on.

Normally when new versions of Fedora, RHEL, or Ubuntu come out I almost always run in to problems with tools and the occasional kernel bug. I was pretty stunned when this one went like a charm.
